I've even spent a little in Genshin Impact, maybe $30 equivalent. Over the few years I might have spent in total up to US$ 300. Long time player of Azur Lane for example, when I spend I do feel I get enough back to make it worth it. Note I do spend in gacha games, just WOWS doesn't do it for me when I look at the cost vs return. Quite often in "f2p" games I like to buy something cheap to give them a little return, but just didn't even see something like that. I look at the cash shop, and think there is nothing in there I feel is sufficient value to make me spend. I only play in the mid tiers so I'm not going up against potential whales at higher tiers.
They seem disconnected with the playerbase and resort to just milking those remaining.īeen a long time on and off player of WOWS, but I'm pure f2p. It does feel like to me that Wargaming are going through similar problems that Blizzard are with WOW.
